How Super Nova works?
The Reasoning Stages
First LLM involved
The user Question and the Context: distinguish between these two informations is the assignments for the first LLM in the Framework and for the data contract with the Second LLM.
Second LLM involved
Conversation Understanding: This LLM resolves the follow-ups and the implicit meaning in the structured data received by the previous LLM in the framework.
Third LLM involved
Complexity Routing: with the data received, a specialized LLM evaluates implicit and explicit concepts and their numbers to choose the right level of effort.
Fourth LLM involved
Structured Retrieval Plan: The data contract between LLMs stipulates that, at this stage, the user’s intent is translated into a search strategy.
Fifth LLM involved
Bounded Execution: The LLM handling this stage is tasked with performing every encoding operation in a secure and confined manner for the next stage.
Sixth LLM involved
Hybrid VectorDB Search: The Model handling this stage receives the retrieval plan from the previous one and executes it by combining conceptual and lexical search.
Seventh LLM involved
Evidence Fusion and Rerank: At this stage, the LLM involved receives the results of the lexical and semantic searches and combines them according to defined coefficients.
Eighth LLM involved
Cited Answer Synthesis: This LLM finally produces an analysis of the obtained data and a conceptual synthesis of the response to be provided to the user, incorporating the necessary citations to link every conclusion to its source.
